Any guidance from Customer Support organizations on renaming from CCC "Customer Care Center" to something more appealing for attracting and retaining Talent? CCC seems to have a stigma as "Call Center Work" which no longer the case with RPA's, & AI most of the work is now complex, challenging,& rewarding for the support agents.
