The analysis needs to look at your total user population. We tracked how many active accounts were in use for each application. This is going to be wildly different for different size companies with different businesses

We had thousands of applications running across global networks but with 130k employees in 80 countries etc…. We did set goals every year to consolidate applications and adopt SaaS where possible and cost effective
Out best year we eliminated over 200 applications It’s an evergreen effort to reduce the footprint
