I will use ChatGPT once or twice per week.  Sometimes it's as simple as crafting a message (GPT will do 90% of the work for me) and other times I'm looking for synthesized information.

The California Public Utilities Commission has asked the California IOUs (SoCalGas, SDG&E, PG&E, and SCE) to jointly survey various industries to understand how risk tolerance is defined and applied. Specifically, we’re looking to gather responses to the following questions:

• Does the industry have a risk tolerance threshold?
• How is the risk tolerance threshold established?
o    Is it set by the applicable regulatory body?

Does anyone have experience with TMS companies or Freight Audit & Payment companies disputing carrier invoice issues electronically with LTL and/or truckload providers?  We've successfully done it with parcel providers (FedEx Express/Ground), but I'm hearing that an electronic dispute process (EDI or API) doesn't exist for these other domestic modes.  Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

I'm interested in understanding how organisations manage increasing support overhead from running the databricks analytical platform.  This is being driven by a number of factors: - wide range of user personas (data engineers, data scientists, analysts) - differing maturity levels (some people needing high levels of support because they have low familiarity with data and analytics and databricks; others with advanced understanding) - increasing capability (Databricks are deploying new features frequently) What tactics have people found successful to deal with this?
