How do you use Chat GPT?

We've moved to Bing Chat (soon to be CoPilot) with protection for our company's content.  

I am using the commercial edition of ChatGPT and as already posted by Colin Levy, without sharing sensitive data.
As general suggestion, work always with anonymous data e don't share document of your Company.

I use ChatGPT and other LLM solutions, but carefully. I primarily use them to summarize information or to brainstorm ideas or to organize information but ensure all information is publicly available and not confidential. At this point, most solutions are not completely transparent about their use of data you submit and accordingly it is critical to be cautious in what information you share with these models.
