I'm curious to hear your opinion about that how Generative AI will affect our future interactions with IT systems. As an example I just heard a very strong statement at Forrester's Innovation conference last week in Austin, TX that said: "The most common programming language of the future will be English." What do you think; will Generative AI replace the UIs and be a universal interface in every man-machine interactions?
After a while Generative AI will replace all UIs regardless from the IT systems and applications. Monitors will remain for visual representation but keyboards will be eliminated.13%
Generative AI will replace a lot of application UIs, but definitely will not replace all of them.63%
I don't think Generative AI will replace most UIs. Many user interfaces will remain as is for a while.25%
Generative AI certainly will augment user experiences but will not replace UIs.13%
Generative AI is a hype and I think it will be faded out over time.

We are just at the beginning of exploring the full potential of AI. These developments will take a while to deploy and fully understand. But as AI grows, so does the language models behind those programs. So I do not believe that the programming language will be solely English in the future. For now, you do might get the best results. But do not forget, these are learning machines. And, for our use in marketing, content creation and what have you, it is a must that these machines can fully understand our native language. Otherwise it has no use to create content in a native language, if you need to create, translate ánd write the correct feel, tone-of-voice yourself afterwards (sound not as that effective to me)
