All in favor of new vendors but the goal is absolutely less vendors overall. On board one new one, consolidated off of at least 3 others. Less is more as long as you have a methodical way to look a new options and trim lower value optionsCIO in Education, 201 - 500 employees
My mindset is improvement - established, new, approved, yet to be approved vendors - not my focus. Whatever is smarter, better, more sustainable and scalable - the procurement piece is not a high priority. Is something different a best next step? I’ll handle it. I don’t support complacency for convenience.CIO, Senior VP in Finance (non-banking), 1,001 - 5,000 employees
