I myself am not considering doing that. I have two part-time employees that assist with marketing and outreach so for the folks that are more exempt or in salaried positions where this would be a consideration - I don't think employers should penalize employees for choosing to remain on a hybrid or even a fully remote schedule. The more that you can accommodate your employee population to serve them in the way that you know they like to work, the higher employee morale. If you have higher employee morale you're going to have a much better retention of those folks that are really making a difference. Not only will they stick around but they'll be more apt to go the extra mile on a project or an urgent situation that arises.
