We are re-evaluating our Performance Management/Talent Management timeline. What is a successful cadence for overlaying 9-box exercises, talent review conversations, and succession planning discussions over a yearly performance management cadence.
Is anyone willing to share their internal fill rate for VP and above positions?
We pay out as a continued pay but we pay out a lump sum for any PTO that may have been accrued on their first severance "paycheck".
