Looking to move from an on-prem Cisco PBX to a UCaaS partnered with a Contact Center technology. We have MS E3, probably moving to MS E5 this year. We are a mid-sized bank in Central MA... Can any folks who've made the journey share their advice? I've been down the MS UC route many years ago, have direct experience with 8x8 and Five9 but integration to UCaaS needs to be seamless.
