Kubernetes and Docker are not apple-to-apple comparisons.

When it comes to DevOps, always choose simplicity. If I really had to use Kubernetes, I'd use a fully managed service. But if it comes down to me, I'd go with a fully managed solution like Heroku or Render if possible
