I never take vendor calls. Never understood the concept. I should be the one initiating the call when *I* have a need. It's like getting a call from the local grocery store with "hey, do you need milk?"

I'll come to you when I need it.

Agree 100%. I never pick up unknown numbers and never respond to cold sales calls. In this day and age, I am not sure the purpose of the calls, since I can go online and search for solutions to my problems and contact vendors I feel look promising.
