The challenge is to make sure back up are good, and there isn't any good ways to know than to use them on a regular basis which obviously increase cost and resources consumption.

Does your IT team or your HR team absorb the costs of HR technology?

We are looking at a likely re-deployment of Dynamics CRM due to an upcoming Sales and business unit organizational re-alignment. While Gartner typically has content on vendors in a particular technology space, I was hoping to potentially find some integration/migration partner recommendations. We have 7 years of "history" in our existing Dynamics deployment. We expect the roles and security to change significantly. We also anticipate the potential of adding a new "enterprise" customer identifier as some current customers are currently duplicated across subsidiary companies.
