I guess also the missing role of a Document Controller at the Corporate level.

Lack of support and business understanding of Governance. If we can clearly articulate the value and get the buy in from business leaders, it will be a win. Also we don't need to let every one to know every detail about governance, it's the trust and typically CDO's have a hard time to establish the trust.
