What are some methods or ways that you've observed to encourage customers to try a GenAI Chat tool after adding to a support portal?  We've already done the emails, visiting meetings, advertising, etc.  and are seeing success but there is more if we grow usage.  For context this is primarily B2B customer support chat.

How is your company tracking whether 3rd party APIs used by your production code to exchange data with vendors, providers, and partners through connectors are: (1) Exchanging the agreed upon data as defined in the Data Protection Agreements (DPA), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)? (2) Validating geographical data residency and transfer guidelines with the 3rd parties that have been agreed upon?

We are not able to do this in real time as of now7%

What AI use cases exist for risk in project controls? We manage 100s of projects (80% in ~20 programs), with 90% of risk registers in Excel using different formats/locations. Escalation from project to program to portfolio is manual, as is our lessons learned process review. AI queries haven't been insightful yet. Can AI find trends despite inconsistent data structures and variable quality
