Tools within public cloud platforms. There are specialised needs, but we believe that public cloud saas is where cloud should be for most organisations. iaas and private cloud is just applying some new low-level tech to a traditional process and organisation and culture. the real innovation capability comes from leveraging public cloud. imho, ymmv.

I want to use a north star to help align cross-functional thinking in the space of cost optimization. I am thinking of using industry-specific benchmarks specific to organizational efficiency measurements per function (HR, FP&A, IT, etc) to create a high-level target that leaders can respond to and use as the "red thread." What benchmarks or red threads do you use to create alignment and remove the noise?
