I suggest to add other IDP: Cortex, Mia-Platform, Port, Humanitec, VMWare Tanzu and the option Others (see comments).

Does anyone have experience sharing with CIQ Ascender or other Ansible based management tool? We use Red Hat Automation Platform, though the cost is rather high per device, the number of end-points increasing. The Open Source AWX has no further development, raising concern on bug fix, up-to-date libs, etc. Any recommendation or experience that anyone could share?

We currently implemented a ServiceNow and Microsoft Team integration. This is for self service for our colleagues. It has access to internal KB's that users can easily follow and the bot makes it easier to search for common issues. As well as a form that they can fill out for when they travel and we have a webhook that performs the necessary actions to grant the access. Looking to see what others are doing and what ideas they have implemented for self service.

Has anyone successfully implemented a 2-way interface with ServiceNow SPM to AzureDevOps (ADO) Boards? And if so, at what level in the hierarchy and what data was shared back and forth?
