Must be in the office 100% for all employees pre-COVID. Mostly remote now and will require 100% back in the office when it’s over

100% back in the office. We always had remote employees even before covid in a regions we don’t have physical office so they will remain remote but everyone else is back in the office.

We're a smaller company built remotely, but we're being asked to establish a HQ in NYC, and while existing staff won't be forced to move, new hiring and those already local should expect to do a 3-day in-office hybrid schedule.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
