Given this shift, how are you curating and managing prompts across your organization? With so many prompts existing in individuals’ heads or on their desktops, rather than being captured and curated centrally, do you have plans to address this challenge? One approach is to map tasks to roles and link them to AI solutions and prompts, creating an index to identify high-priority and repeatable prompts across the organization.

We record all Copilot prompts and analyze them quarterly, building up prompt libraries categorized by team and role. This reverse-engineering approach leverages user behavior to inform prompt management, rather than relying solely on IT.
