At the moment, our focus is on reducing transactional effort using AI and hyperautomation. This would then lead to creating more time for value-add activities, which in our environment includes more supporting complex tasks, better 2nd and 3rd line support, quality focussed face-to-face interactions, more attention and time for reduction of technical debt, etc. Over time, we anticipate to see more effectiveness across the business alongside some cost efficiencies.
Our focus is on encouraging employees to reinvest that time into more strategic activities that either build their capability or build their teams capability like leadership development or performance management activities - elevate their mindset or the activity of their team or the teams around them.
