What are some good recommendations for 3rd party Database / Warehouse / ETL Support?  We are currently with (Vendor Not Disclosed) for cloud support with RDS / Redshift and MS SQL, and we're not happy and considering moving.  I'm curious about experiences/testimonials you may have in this area.

You can consider MongoDB. It is a NoSQL database known for its flexibility, scalability, and document-oriented model. It is suitable for handling unstructured or semi-structured data and offers powerful querying and indexing capabilities. MongoDB is widely used in web applications, content management systems, and real-time analytics.

It's important to evaluate your specific requirements, consider factors like scalability, performance, ease of use, integration capabilities, and support options, and choose a solution that best fits your needs and aligns with your technology stack, our company use Azure Synapse Analytics it allows you to query and analyze data using familiar SQL-based tools, It supports the use of popular tools and languages such as Jupyter notebooks, Python, R, and .NET also supporting big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, so far everything is going well, this could be a great option if you are searching to move

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
