Does anyone have a recognition and rewards vendor who focuses more on recognition vs. rewards? It seems many vendors lean into the monetary component of a program (i.e., points and redemptions). We would like to focus more on building engagement and connection through a values-based program, rather than making it a transactional process.

I'm a big fan of Achievers (https://www.achievers.com/ppc/employee-recognition-platform/?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=paid-search&utm_campaign=NA-Search-Brand-Tier2-High-Demo&utm_content=&utm_term=achievers%20recognition&_bt=&_bk=achievers%20recognition&_bm=e&_bn=o&_bg=1361196874251804&msclkid=10cfa795acc1152b857acfcb31055fa8).  While you can structure the program around points, it doesn't necessarily hinge on the points.  They target frequency and can structure the program around your organization's values.

Oh wow, we are looking for this exact thing right now.  If you've found anything would love to connect, as I've seeing a lot of the same focused on points and item purchase and it would be nice to have something a little more culture or values focused.

Hello
We are experiencing a similar challenge. Our points program is for a small pocket of the organization and we have been working to build engagement and to connect our recognition to our latest 5-year strategy. Our vender partner consults with us around engagement but points are always top of mind and it's difficult to understand platform benchmarks for recognition platforms without the points systems attached.  I'd be happy to have a brainstorming chat with you.  Let me know if you have capacity to do that.

two of my favorites, that do not seem to be used often:
*  Workday feedback
*  Team's Praise action

Hello! We are working to focus more on personal appreciation as well. Yes, the monetary component is nice but there's something to be said about having a feeling of recognition. Would love to have a brainstorm with you .

Hi Jennifer. You posted this two months ago - have you found anything that focuses more personal appreciation yet?  I'm just starting a search now, so any leads or insights would be amazing if you could share.  And likewise, if you're still working on this, I can share any progress we make on this as well.
