Does anyone know of any Incident Investigation Software Packages?  My HSE department uses a software program called COMET and I've heard of another called EASY RCA.  Are there alternative products that someone is using?  Thoughts about COMET or EASY RCA?

In addition to COMET and EASY RCA, consider tools like i-Sight and Resolver for incident investigations. Each has unique features, so it’s essential to evaluate based on your team’s specific needs. User feedback on COMET is generally positive, especially for usability.

We use a combination of ServiceNow ITSM which includes incident management and major incident management as well as ServiceNow Security Operations which has a module specifically for security incident response and prebuilt playbooks.  You can also add your own playbooks as needed and automate steps with integrations into 3rd party apps.  The nice piece of all this is you can also integrate this into your CMDB.
