Anyone here using ADP EV5 version? Trying to understand the sunset plan for EV5.

hit post too early- cant seem to edit but EV5 is definitely on the way out and they just got everyone off EPS (the oldest Enterprise version). So the next on the chopping block is likely the most common EV5 version. I doubt they will have a specific date yet since they have so many clients to upgrade and roll off of it but it's definitely one of the oldest they now have so will be a target. If the rep is able to provide a date per others instruction to contact them please do share here!
Out HR team uses ADP EV5 version to manage payroll, HR, hiring, and benefits and now they are migrating to workday.
You may follow these approaches to find out the sunset plan for ADP EV5 version.
1. Reach out to ADP's customer support or your account representative.
2. Review any official documentation, release notes, or communication from ADP regarding the product lifecycle and support plans.
3. Visit the official ADP website and navigate to the support or product information section.
I haven't specifically used ADP but I do know that EV5 is an old platform (released ~8-10 years ago). I don't think there will be any active support other than security patches, etc, however I do strongly recommend my peer to reach out to their product team and ask for a product roadmap. A lot of payroll /HR systems are now being managed via Cloud Services with better functionality, security and support. The best course of action is to gather the business requirements (functional and non-functional) and commence a tender/procurement process ASAP.
