Box works pretty well if you need to do sharing with clients etc. at a level where you have some additional controls. OneDrive works well as well if you are in the O365 universe. What you really need to ask yourself is what sort of controls do I need to have around DLP/retention and access? Once you answer those questions then the list of services will be significantly narrowed down vs. what's out there in the marketplace. P.S for personal file sharing though it's hard to beat Dropbox it just works well :)

One Drive and Sharepoint online… if you are using as part of o365 even better, then all the tools in the suite integrates really well. Its simple to use with granular security policies and permissions, content can be shared with external users easily

For file sharing and collaboration, I believe OneDrive is the best option.

If the use case is internal file sharing the Onedrive and SharePoint work a charm. Things start to fall down a bit though when you need to bring in people from outside your tenant (especially if the security settings are too extreme).

If it's internal file sharing then it just depends on your risk appetite.

WADR, when it comes to technology, asking a question like ‘what is the best x’; is like going to a pharmacy and asking the pharmacist: What is the best drug you have?”

Be it pharmaceuticals or technology, the ‘best’ is only the best when it meets your specific detailed and documented needs and requirements.

Once that is documented, it is not that hard to find the best product. But without that, it is a fruitless endeavor.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
