We're using AI in many areas. Your vendor listing here is helpful. The rest is a good primer, but I think leaders really need to dig into problems that can be solved beyond writing prompt examples. There is enough maturity, in my experience, to go far beyond this. I wouldn't prioritize usage or testing based on this article. Understanding specific potential related to team pain changes that. Generative AI is a powerful tool at all stages of strategic marketing, from vision creation to competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies. We use AI to help generate images for social media. It is a lot of work ad has such a short shelf life that it's easier to use AI to create graphics for us. We have also started to use AI chatbots on our website to answer questions that we get frequently.
We use it to create a list of questions for podcast recordings which we publish on a regular basis and then post-recording to then summarise the conversation so it can be used on blogs, social media etc.
