Our organization hosts wellness activities throughout the year. We also have Colleague Run Networks, which focus on raising awareness of mental health year-round and on awareness day. The group does an excellent job of reminding people of the benefits program and other services introduced during COVID-19 and remain today. For example, our free subscription to the Calm App
We also have daily sessions be it chair yoga or desk exercise or even a little more effort classes that our run by or OH team, we have been running these since Covid
No special initiatives as it is mandatory required by Austrian's codex to care about the employees mental health according to §4 employee protection act.
As it is a legal compliance requirement, my expectations are limited.
We hold staff wellness activities throughout the year, and around mental health days. Yoga, meditation, reminder of benefits. We have also created a mental health sub committee (as part of the Well-being Steering Committee). We ensure we have part of our benefit plan that address mental health as well.
We have a series of webinars from various MH professionals along with loads of events in work - networking, getting to know your MH first aiders, walking, personal stories and experiences, Sports & Social activites....
We have a whole site on the Intranet, that is decicated to MH.
Loads of things happen.
