The key here is to align your business drivers/needs with your IT capabilities. Things such as, what are your on-going business struggles/challenges that you are unable to meet? What are your IT strengths/weakness, etc. Your IT strategy needs to be aligned with your overall organization strategy to ensure you are heading in the right direction.
What are the pros and cons of a Salesforce+Sharepoint integration for Corporate Development teams? We are looking to improve the current workflow and tracking to enable continuity throughout the deal pipeline, ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, protection of sensitive documents, and executive-level reporting. Ideally, the solution would span from deal ideation/investigation to close and integration activities.
While everyone is talking about Responsible AI principles or Human in the Loop workflows, Ethics in the Age of AI is one of the most underrated (and ignored...) principles especially because it doesn't generate direct "outcomes" and it is not a ROI selling point.
