We have approximately 1300 internal staff in our organisation. Our ICT services includes the following:
* Service Delivery - Level 1, 2
* Business Systems
* Enterprise Core Systems
* ICT Infrastructure
* ICT Governance & Cyber Security.
* Program/projects Management

There are industry standard benchmarking tools available (external/independent) to assess the size of your organisation and provide an estimated view /size of the IT organization. The key here is to align your business drivers/needs with your IT capabilities. Things such as, what are your on-going business struggles/challenges that you are unable to meet? What are your IT strengths/weakness, etc. Your IT strategy needs to be aligned with your overall organization strategy to ensure you are heading in the right direction.
