What are the emerging technologies and solutions that can be used to digitize sport stadiums?

I agree with Abdullah that you should decompose every moment of the customer journey to define places where you can use tech to improve the CX.
You should probably also define the personas/roles of the employees and build similar activity journeys for them. Then you can look for waste in these processes.
Some potential ideas:
1. Precise location tracking / Bluetooth Low Energy to find seats or other places in the venue. You can provide step by instructions with a great deal of precision.
2. Ordering concessions to my current location coupled with pay ahead.
3. Pre-order concessions pickup
4. AI-augmented surveillance/security
5. Great augmented reality is maybe 10 years out, but will be able to provide zoom, replay, field graphics, ball tracking, player indent
6. You can do a lot of audio augmented reality now with current devices, which could give customers some noise isolation and another channel to the customer for the venue operators. Would have to test.
7. An AI personal assistant so all these inquires can go through natural language requests.

Interesting question. I believe there are multiple digital technologies that can enhance the end to end fan experience and improve stadium operation. This can include but not limited to Biometric Authentication, smart seating, crowd management technologies and others. I think the most important part is to divide the end to experience into smaller business processes and see how digital technologies can improve each process.
A.t.m.h.o. it might start with crowd simulation and the corresponding smart control of crowd movement by clear adaptive signs.
