Over commitment/scheduling of staff
It wasn’t uncommon for our team to be working 8 projects at once. A lot of lost productivity due to task switching loss
Highly recommend you do not schedule Operations staff on projects more than 10%

Our most timely projects were always those with dedicated staffing. No Operations duties, and not working other projects
