Does anyone have a master spreadsheet template they could share? We are looking to build a master spreadsheet to help track and validate our end of year performance appraisal close-out actions.
We’re thinking of moving to a general HR policy with most detailed info moved into processes (excl compliance required ones). We currently have 20+ policies covering complexities like salary vs hourly & union vs non-union (e.g. performance management exists mainly for salaried). Has anyone structured their HR policies this way? How effective was this approach?
