Yes always 😅
Basically if you are process and quality oriented, you will notice opportunities to improve processes, practices wherever you can. We have exercised lean thinking or sales process optimisation while adopting and replacing certain activities with tools or apps that cuts down previous time, and cuts down account or prospect research time, deal update time and many more areas.
