I have a side hustle in the development phase at the moment in the area of mens work. It’s hard to say that it is a departure from tech as I’m developing a platform and processes similar to my work but in a completely different field.Director in Manufacturing, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
and I do a podcast and YouTube channel on being a Humane Leader. It’s a discussion on various topics that if a lot of people subscribed it would qualify as a side hustle. There is no money involved so I don’t think it technically qualifies as “side hustle “CTO in Healthcare and Biotech, 11 - 50 employees

I have a side hustle that I turned into a full ecommerce and retail in-store business (my fiancé now fully runs for us so I can do the day job) - totally different from the day job and I feel has made me more creative in my thinking as well as see different perspectives. Bonus points for no councils or committees for me to go through. CTO in Healthcare and Biotech, 11 - 50 employees
