We use Logicgate, which is a mid-market GRC solution. It is flexible but requires a lot of no-code customization to build out workflows.

There are several products in the space. We use a GRC platform called Standard Fusion which has been a good mid-market solution for Enterprise Risk, IT Risk, etc. We are also evaluating Archer as a step-up.
