Director of HR in Manufacturing, 5,001 - 10,000 employees
We do have T&E admins. We have our T&E policy and use a vendor to manage our expenses submissions.
CHRO in Consumer Goods, 501 - 1,000 employees
we use concur and everyone pretty much does their own travel. Having said that i am a big proponent of revisiting use of travel agents....in that we have through doing employee driven travel planning transferred costs to people that are now hidden. Self service while a great concept, drives cost being placed on people who are not as skilled nor is best use of their time to process things like travel and quite frankly many HR transactions (in my POV).
CHRO, Self-employed
concur and our exec admin administrates
CHRO in Services (non-Government), 1,001 - 5,000 employees
We use Lawyers Travel which is owned by Amex Global Business Travel. They use the Concur platform for booking. We don't have great compliance with using the service as many people prefer to book directly with their preferred travel providers.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
