In order to call the hype into order We have started a change management programa for AI, so Everyone is on the same page and build a homogeneous business roadmap for AI, including Generative AI to transform business challenges into proff-of-concepts for each use case.

Only very limited collaboration with C-Levels on AI Topics. We try to find use-cases and implement Proof of Concepts quickly. For more complext topics we use our standard project-management framework. Basically, we follow a bottom-up approach.
