We have a Teams channel and within Teams, there are folders where I can see all the whiteboards or presentations that people have been creating. Additionally, we have an internal wiki page where people contribute and add resources. So those are two tools that we use regularly. At a company-wide level, we have a talent page where we have other training.

In my 20 years of career in product and technology, I have not come across any technology that has a steeper learning curve than AI. It's not just GenAI, it's the whole ecosystem of AI technologies that has practical commercial use cases across organizations. There is definitely greater cross-functional collaboration. If your customer success team needs an AI-powered chatbot, they have heard about that. They have heard about GPT, but really the internal IT team or product and technology organization need to guide them. We are doing more frequent ‘brown bag’ sessions because it's a field that we're learning ourselves. We have to create a framework that is not overwhelming for the team. So, we're breaking it down, coming up with an internal training program. So, there's very tight cross-functional collaboration and also internal training sessions.
