Would you suggest Hawk AI as a solution for AML? Please share the pros and cons if you have experience.

So far, I have only used ChatGPT. It is great in helping many tasks, particularly with proofreading in my case, it is so much better than Editor in MS Word or google spell check. I imagine AI and ML will help a lot of people and organizations in many ways.

I do not have experience with the Hawk AI but like any AML solution there are possibilities of false positives which could be a major concern. Also any ML solution needs to be compliant with data privacy and security.

Who are you using to purchase your Microsoft licenses from? We are a midsize enterprise (450 office licenses, plus a bunch of Dynamics spend)  We are looking for a vendor that will provide support since we cannot budget for Microsoft direct support.  We are also trying to determine if there are benefits to signing a EA over signing a 3 year agreement with someone like Telus who does not have access to EAs (like Softchoice)

We are dealing with a specific issue in our VDI non-persistent environment, which operates using Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware). We are employing a hybrid join for authentication that integrates ADFS and Entra ID.   Here are the details of our problem:   1. **Environment**: VDI non-persistent using Omnissa Horizon 2. **Authentication Method**: Hybrid join with ADFS and Entra ID 3. **Issue**: Users are experiencing difficulties authenticating to Microsoft 365 apps within the virtual machine. The authentication process gets stuck in a loop when attempting to access the smartcard.
