How has your organization integrated AI into your daily HR operations? Any specific use cases that have been especially helpful?

The askhr chatbot is trained off our handbook and policies plus a build of standard questions ( how many holidays do I have left etc) . It takes out alot of those low end questions that traditionally went to the local HR rep.
We have co pilot ai and use it for policy tuning , although not for legal advise
We have CoPilot as our enterprise solution so it's the only one we can feed confidential information into.
We are developing CoPilot Agents for employee self-service for general policy and procedure advice, creating job descriptions, and creating interview guides. We use Claude in our e-learning for interactive coaching for learners.
In our daily work we also use:
ChatGPT - researching, writing, vibe coding
NotebookLM - reviewing and synthesizing large volumes of information (the podcast and presentation creation is great as long as you take the time with your prompts)
Perplexity - for research
Google image creation - e-learning
CoPilot - data analysis, creating reports, meetings, research, writing (getting better with GPT5)
We have found that fostering curiosity is key along with a safe space and time to experiment, and also realising that this is the worst AI you will ever use (see the work of Ethan Mollick).
We discuss it daily in our team and with the business sharing the options available. It is a commitment to continuous learning and re-learning as the technology changes what feels like daily.
We run communities of practices, show cases, have a central playground for staff, and a central governance committee which is also focused on implementing new technology options safely at speed.
