We frequently face this challenge. I think it’s important to keep in mind that innovation doesn't always depend on new technology. We don't have to constantly chase after the latest tech to foster innovation.

Innovation can also involve optimizing existing technology or business processes. For example, we can focus on streamlining and improving a business process that has been in place for decades and is causing inefficiencies.

Having this mindset is always helpful, but it’s especially helpful when you’re operating with a limited budget. Look for ways you can use the technology and resources you already have, and encourage your staff to think creatively about solving problems without the need for significant budget increases or new technology procurement. This approach allows us to foster innovation and continuous improvement despite our limited budget.
