Leadership teams need to be convinced on Gen AI in order to fully drive organizational changes, particularly workflows, because this goes to how the people, process and systems are designed. 

Gen AI is as much a change initiative as a technology initiative and the first step is being able to be open minded to 'failures' from small pilots.

Any serious attempt at an "AI transformation" must include structuring the organization to effectively and safely incorporate AI into the environment. There needs to be input and guidance from a cross-functional team of stakeholders. Additionally, consideration must be given to what problems the organization expects AI to address. Guidelines need to be established to govern the acceptable use of AI. Then properly vetting AI solutions before letting them access your network must be completed.
