we are re-looking at this area in light of AI and other factors; including, so many 3rd party and 4th party breaches.  We are looking at implementing a robust 3rd party risk/supply chain risk mgmt program.  This will take time and we have been doing research.  Looking at industry best practices as well as industry std tools.  We know in light of so many things that are happening we must have an evolving posture in this area.

Which process mapping software does your organization use to map out current processes and future workflows?

We have a servicing organization within IT segmented by applications and has 3 different director teams supporting overall pieces which is creating confusion, misalignment and becoming harder to support one business area.  Components considered within this org are: PEGA products (NCompass, G&A), Genesys Cloud,  Google, Member Portal and Member Mobile.   How should i look at proposing a new target state Org considering all these aspects/products? Any ideas?

Can a Scrum Master also take on tasks such as writing test scripts or developing reports, especially now that GenAI tools make it easier for anyone to contribute? Traditionally, how was it viewed when Scrum Masters contributed in this way, and with GenAI potentially reducing team sizes, how might agile experts view this kind of involvement from Scrum Masters now?
