I'm looking at evaluating and procuring tools that exist in the Enterprise Architecture Tools space, but which also enable Strategic Portfolio Management. Gartner's Critical Capabilities papers show the two are closely related areas. Has anyone found a vendor/tool that covers *both* areas well? That is, one that support the design and transformation of enterprise capabilities, whilst also dealing with planning and execution - including the financial view?
