We have implemented several strategies to identify adoption barriers. One approach involves creating an internal developer portal that includes feedback mechanisms for onboarding and continuous integration processes. This portal allows developers to share their experiences and challenges. Additionally, we utilize assessments within our Agile model to gather feedback from developers, UX teams, and product owners. Through these assessments, we identify specific areas where developers face difficulties, allowing us to address issues such as design changes or functional enhancements. Continuous feedback and iteration are key to resolving adoption challenges.

Similarly, we focus on pre-implementation feedback by engaging stakeholders early in the process. We create personas based on existing tech stacks and solicit input on platform design before implementation. This shift left approach helps us avoid problems later on. We also maintain a continuous feedback loop and monitor metrics to understand tool usage and identify challenges. Regular communication with team leaders ensures that we stay informed about any issues that may not be immediately apparent.
