Each vendor directly or indirectly provides extended warranty and some vendors provide their own cloud based tools for this. Large enertrpise using tools like ServiceNow for extended warranty and service contract management. Other tools which can be used are Warranty Master, Oracle Field Service cloud, ServiceMax, SAP Customer service and Asset Management and IBM Maximo.
