We use SaaS tools extensively and use most of their built-in auto scheduling functionalities, whether it is CRM or project management. We use API to link multiple tools further for automation.

Using UiPath, we developed our own scheduling tool. Processes and schedules are listed in an Excel table. Our scheduler reads the table (if idle, on each minute, else, at the end of current execution), executes the process and returns the status.
UiPath forced the acquisition of its Orchestrator therefore we analyze the opportunity (if any) to use it.

Apache Airflow for data pipeline, and for workflows we looked into kissflow but I wasn't happy with the price so we are currently looking for something similar that is more cost effective.
