Honestly we don't zoom on this specifically but any sort of bias is included in our DEI e-learning

organisations can offer various resources such as training sessions, workshops, and educational materials to address weight bias and fatphobia in the workplace.

These resources can include information on the impact of weight stigma, how to recognise and combat fatphobia, and promoting an inclusive and respectful environment for individuals of all body types.

It's important for organisations to proactively address these issues to create a supportive and non-discriminatory work culture.
