Some LLM limitations that do not align with traditional open-source model include:

- Data Privacy and Proprietary Datasets: Unlike many open-source projects, LLMs often rely on vast amounts of proprietary or sensitive data that cannot be freely shared.

- Compute costs: Training LLMs requires enormous computational resources, which are not accessible to most open-source contributors or smaller organizations.

- IP risks: Many organizations are hesitant to open-source LLMs due to concerns over IP.
