Salesforce has always been a great tool to connect with clients and keep the ticket open to share across the team.

It’s revenue intelligence can be a good tool but I think revenue forecasting involves key judgment which is better handled by humans.

It’s very subjective and everybody needs to check if it fits within there environment.

Salesforce in general has a large database so we know the resources, insights and information it provides is top-tier. Obviously there needs to be separate research done by the Sales team to ensure revenue growth is not solely relied upon Salesforce's Revenue Intelligence.
