What metrics are you using to measure your employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts?

We use our talent engagement survey we do for our Best Places to Work recognition. Our thought is that the 3rd party endorsement serves as an independent marker for us and we encourage our team to use this to both offer feedback to the organization and praise to the organization on items that they value. Recruitment is similar in that we ask our new recruits what are the factors that drive your decision to join us. Many times it is related to the Talent Engagement scores and our employee brand.
We use candidate NPS/experience, employee referral rate, career page analytics, and ROI of employer branding strategies.
