We follow both full-time direct hiring and on-site agencies, with the opportunity to convert after 90 days. Initially, finding new joiners and taking them onboard is easy, but after some time, getting the right candidate is a little bit frustrating. So at that time, we go for an on-site agency.

Recruitment is made on a full-time, indefinite-term contract. In order to realize their long-term plans, businesses need to recruit quality and highly qualified employees and create loyalty. Creating a sense of belonging requires a long process. For this reason, full-time, indefinite-term contracts are made in order to increase the loyalty of employees.

The choice between full-time direct hiring and utilizing an onsite agency with a conversion option after 90 days depends on various factors. Some companies prefer direct hiring for immediate integration and long-term commitment, valuing the in-house culture. Others opt for agency staffing for quicker onboarding and cost flexibility. The decision is influenced by factors like time constraints, budget considerations, and the company's approach to workforce management. It's crucial to align the chosen model with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while meeting the unique needs of manufacturing/production hiring.
