Is your Human Resources department using AI? If so in what capacity?

Yes, we are using ChatGPT Skills to help define skills per role; AI is embedded in our Employee Engagement platform that we use to help analyze the qualitative data; AI is also embedded in the Performance Management process to help managers with creating performance reviews; our LMS has AI built in to help with training program design and finally everyone on my team has CoPilot and we use it quite frequently to help with drafing communications, analyzing data, etc..
Has anyone seen any webinars that focus on examples of how to weave AI into HR practices/processes? Also, who has been driving the AI within your organization - BTS (IT) or HR?
